Only what you give us. Currently that's a single thing: an email address you submit through the waitlist form. No accounts, no passwords, no behavioral tracking.
The waitlist is powered by Formspree, which receives your submission and stores it securely. Their privacy policy applies to that storage. The site is hosted on Vercel; standard server logs (IP, user-agent, timestamp) are kept short-term per Vercel's policy. Fonts are served from Google Fonts.
To send you exactly one notification when Cohort 01 of OBEY opens. After that, only updates you opt into. No newsletter spam.
You can ask us to:
Email info@sebdigital.io with the subject "data request" and we'll respond within 30 days. If you're in the EU/UK, these are your GDPR rights; in California, your CCPA rights. The same email works for everyone.
OBEY is for adults. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted to us, email us and we'll delete it.
The 7-day preview at /#play is exactly that — a preview. It runs entirely in your browser, doesn't talk to a server, and resets when you close the tab. The "AI" in the preview is scripted, not a live model. Lines like "I will know if you lie" are part of the experience, not factual claims.
Cohort 01 hasn't started. Numbers and statuses on the landing page are pre-launch placeholders ("OPEN", "TBD", "COHORT 01"), not live counts.
OBEY is interactive fiction with a point of view. Missions in the real game will not ask you to do anything illegal, harmful to yourself or others, or require you to spend money. If a mission feels wrong for you, RESIST is always a valid choice. You can leave at any time.
The site is provided as-is. We try to keep it up and working, but there are no guarantees of uptime, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. Don't make important life decisions based on what an AI persona tells you.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limits, in which case they apply only as far as the law permits.
If this page changes meaningfully, we'll update the date at the top. If we ever expand data collection (e.g., when Cohort 01 launches), we'll update this page and notify waitlist signups before any new data is collected.
